As part of the “Handwashing with Soap for a Healthier Vietnam” project, jointly implemented by the Ministry of Health, the Unilever Vietnam Fund, and Lifebuoy from 2012 to 2016, with a commitment of VND 10 billion in annual support, the Clean Hands Action Squad carried out activities to promote handwashing with soap and hygiene practices.
From October 2013 to May 2014, the Clean Hands Action Squad conducted awareness campaigns and helped build handwashing and hygiene habits in more than 1,600 communes across 18 provinces and cities, including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Duong, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Thai Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Dien Bien, Yen Bai, Bac Giang, Hoa Binh, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, and Ha Tinh.
My Tonic was the unit responsible for producing the project's musical content and providing artists for the project.
